As founder and EDD, I’ve led business development, client relationships, and our strategic design across varied verticals, platforms, and experiences, focusing on UX, research, and product. I am the day-to-day Design Director overseeing project work for clients, leading teams, and steering creative and strategic direction.

Established and managed the Austin office’s UX team, helping the traditional advertising teams win and execute more digital product work for clients like Sonic, Nike, and Micheal’s.

Regional and studio UX DD lead, contributing to talent support, business development, and thought leadership while leading several projects across verticals, platforms, and experiences. Implemented a strategic integration plan post-acquisition by Accenture in 2017 and traveled globally for client support and speaking engagements.

I was the senior content strategist and user experience designer on a dedicated Citibank fin-tech account with 20+ workstreams. Contributed to business development and consulted on various other accounts, including Southwest Airlines, Bacardi, and Samsung.

Led UX design and digital strategy for various brand efforts, including Dell’s first global brand campaign website and related marketing materials, a brand refresh, and several products for enterprise and consumer business units. Reported results bi-weekly to senior marketing leadership and CMO.

Developed local affiliate’s website, launched first social properties, produced video series, and managed all digital aspects of fund drives.

I studied the Great Books program with an emphasis on philosophy and classics. I was also the editor-in-chief of the literary magazine The Gadfly and the NCAA champion croquet team captain from 2000-2001.

I lasted one year at law school before realizing that it wasn’t for me, but my love for creative communication and problem-solving persists today and influences all I do.
